The groom card
Every pet has a groom card: the cut, blade lengths, notes on coat and skin, anything we noticed (like a lump or a sore ear), which groomer did the work and when. We may take photos during a visit so we can text them to you and keep the cut consistent next time.

Shop pickup orders and messages
For a pickup order we collect your name, phone, email, the items and when you plan to collect. If you send us a note through the website, we keep what you write and how you’d like us to reply.

Keeping it safe
Only our team can see client records, and paper forms are kept in a locked cabinet. We use reputable providers and keep our accounts protected. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we’ll tell you and, where required, the Oregon Attorney General.
